Steps to Reproduce

1. A character, available item in the bloodweb, map or cosmetic is currently killswitched.
2. To notify players of this development, an email is sent through the in-game mailing system.
3. The email is missing punctuation in the first paragraph.

Explanation

Killswitch in-game mail missing punctuation in first paragraph. This is presumably due to the Killswitch mail being automatically generated using a template or format which does not include punctuation at the end.
