Steps to Reproduce

1. Join JPD team
2. Go to locker room
3. Attempt to put on any vest, OUV, or belt

Explanation

JPD Gang Enforcement Division belts/vests are messed up. Unable to equip none of them, when clicked on, nothing will appear on the character.
