Steps to Reproduce

Spawn as JPD
go to the locker
select the items I selected in the videos

Explanation

The JPD Gang Enforcement division uniforms have broken vest and belts, only the gun appear, but not the actual model of the vest/belt. The hip badge also seems to be broken and the badge on then OUV shirts in the patrol division uniforms also seem to be broken.
