Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter The Doctor's Gameplay Showcase
2. Issue becomes apparent.

Explanation

The Doctor's Gameplay Showcase (Shock Therapy) displays incorrect information. It displays as 0.8 seconds when it should be 0.65 seconds. It was buffed in patch 9.6.0 to 0.75 seconds and then again in patch 9.6.1 to 0.65 seconds, which is what it should display as.
