Expected Result:	Travel until it hits a solid object, and then decreases max speed by 99%

Additional Notes & Comments:	I have tested this on Eyrie of Crows, Shattered Square, and Rotten Fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Judgment
2. Equip Prayer Kneeler and Heretic's Mark add-ons
3. Charge Divine Light power

Explanation

While both the Prayer Kneeler and Heretic's Mark add-ons are equipped, the power appears to get stuck instantly and becomes very stuttery.
(This does not happen when using Prayer Kneeler alone.)
