I tested this perk with wraith and stealth killers, none of these killers produce marks while stealthing or wraith being cloaked. Only spirit. This issue results in unfair advantage that seems to be an oversight.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use cross examination
- While playing against spirit start walking nearby areas she has likely phased
- Her phase loses chase after 2 seconds so the perk will activate reguardless of being able to see the light marks
Explanation
Spirits phase activates cross examination. While playing against the spirit, her light marks disappear while she’s in phase, but stepping on areas she travels still activates the perk cross examination even though the marks aren’t visible.
