Cross examination triggered even when you can’t see marks, during a pivotal moment for the spirit player during phase

Light marks that aren’t visible should not trigger the effect as this doesn’t seem logical, but I’d go even further as to question why her phase produces light marks when she’s invisible.

Tested this perk against different killers like wraith and stealth killers, all killers with stealth ability or wraiths cloaked form do not produce light marks. When uncloaking with wraith there are no marks indication his travel path. Spirit not only produces these marks that indicate her travel path, but those marks activate the perk which is an unfair advantage.

Steps to Reproduce
- Bring the perk cross examination
- Whilst playing against spirit, try to predict the path of the light marks as she’s phasing and walking over that area triggers cross examination
Explanation
Cross examination activates the elusive effect while spirit is phasing despite her light marks not being visible to the perk user. By walking over her suspected travel path, the survivor can suddenly activate elusive mid phase even if the marks are hidden. After spirit ends her phase, the exact travel path is clearly visible to the survivors using cross examination because there is a trail of light marks. These light marks aren’t not visible to survivors while spirit is phasing, but regardless they can still immediately start the elusive status of survivors happen to step on one of these invisible marks, and since chase is lost when her phase starts the survivor can activate cross examination.
