Steps to Reproduce

1. Assume a bug is being hit with jason's spear attack
2. Instantly get back onto the generator as soon as the animation finishes

Explanation

survivor on gen was stuck on the gen. The killer and survivors were able to clip through them as if they had no collisions. they gave the bonus gen repair speed as if they were doing a gen but no progress was being made when they were on the generator alone. the killer hit them twice, once with a spear then with a basic attack, I believe after being launched with the spear and hitting the wall next to the generator the survivor instantly hopped back onto the generator, once on the generator they wouldn't be removed off, the killer had put them into dying state but their animation was still showing they were using the generator as usual, eventually they bled out since the survivors werent given the prompt to pick them up, once they died the animation still played that they were using the generator. their ping seemed normal at 150ms.
this was done in the PTB. i've taken screenshots but didnt think to video the encounter, if screenshots are wanted feel free to ask and i'll happily share.
