Explanation

Dear Behaviour Interactive Influencer & Creator Team,

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for all the effort and support you provide to both the community and Dead by Daylight. Your continuous work truly makes a difference and helps keep the game alive and enjoyable for all of us.
I’m reaching out on behalf of many players and content creators in the Middle East, especially in the Gulf region. Unfortunately, we’ve been experiencing consistently high ping, usually around 160–190 ms, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy the game.
In the past, we were sometimes able to connect to Indian servers, which provided a better experience. However, this is no longer possible, and the current situation has been frustrating for many players in our region.
We kindly ask if there is any possibility of improving server connections for the Middle East, or if there are any future plans regarding servers or matchmaking that could help reduce latency for us.
Additionally, we would greatly appreciate any response from your side that we can share with our local community. Many players are concerned, and even a small update or acknowledgment would help reassure them that they have not been forgotten.
I have also spoken with other content creators in the Middle East, and I’m representing their concerns as well. We are all looking forward to your response.

Thank you again for your time, support, and everything you do for the community.
