Explanation

I apologise for bothering you at this time, but I have a long problem that has been with me for two months, which is that many DBD Middle East players suffer from it and many send asking me for help, and these are the pictures I will attach when they enter matches from which DC takes them out and the punishment for going out, and sometimes the game does not enter them in the first place, what should I do?
