Steps to Reproduce

1. Begin match with Inner Strength (tier 2) and another perk that causes broken (For The People)
2. Use For The People ability without already having cleansed a totem
3. Cleanse a totem while Broken

Explanation

The perk Inner Strength is deactivated while having the Broken status effect, which means that if you cleanse a totem while broken, it doesn't activate after losing the broken effect
I don't imagine it's intentional but if it is, it would be nice if the description was also updated to reflect that
