Steps to Reproduce
- Broken status (deliverance for example)
- Cleanse totem
- When broken status is gone, you don't heal up, perk is never activated
Explanation
Inner strength does not work as advertised right now, with the current wording, if you cleanse a totem while broken, perk should be available when broken status is gone, but it isn't. I've ran deliverance + inner strength more than once and I still fall for this.
Either have the perk activated no matter your status while cleansing, and only enter the 8s CD while not broken, or just reword this perk, because in its current status it doesn't work as intended.
