Actual Result:	The animation of the hair and hair ties of the characters Alucard and Richta Belmond moves separately from the character's head.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game on Steam.
2. Select Richter Belmont as the survivor
3. Enter a public match.
4. Observe the beginning of the trial.
5. Subtitle appears, but no voice audio is played.

Hello, developers. Thank you for your hard work.

There is a phenomenon where the animation of Richter Belmond and Alukad's hair and hair ties moves separately from the character's face. It doesn't seem to be in sync with certain atmospheric animations and basic atmospheric motion. Also, Richter Belmond only has subtitles for the lines and no audio at the start of the game. It's a minor bug and error, but please fix it as soon as possible. There is also a concern that the item will be less satisfactory after purchasing directly due to this error. Please correct it.
