Steps to Reproduce
- Select Richter Belmont
- Play a trial in any mode
- Wait for the intro camera panning to finish
- Note how a voiceline is supposed to play, but only the subtitles are shown
Explanation
Richter Belmont's in-trial voicelines don't work.
He is supposed to have voicelines when spawning into the trial, but right now these are broken. The subtitles still show, but the spoken text does not. See the videos linked below.
