Steps to Reproduce

1. Spam the Crown Victoria 2008 WB HT patrol car
2. Go to unlock and drive the Vix patrol car
3. Observe that the vehicle is locked or restricted, as if you didn't have the keys or weren't the owner of the vehicle

Explanation

I recently achieved the rank of Security Guard in the Universal Security team and chose the 2008 Crown Victoria WB HT. When I went to get into my Vix patrol car, it wouldn't let me, even though I'm the owner of the vehicle and have the keys. Because of this, I thought it was me, so I tried different servers to see if it was a bug in Project Ventura, and it is. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. Here's a clip of the possible bug.
