Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold F at driver door to enter vehicle's driver seat

Explanation

2008 Ford Crown Victoria Black HT on Vix Univeral Security team is unable to be driven. Apon holding F to enter the driver seat of the vehicle, the driver is teleported inside of the vehicle but not a seat itself. The player can not interact with the vehicle in any way but can walk around inside of it. The player is trapped inside of the vehicle unless they go to the passenger side and hold F to enter the passenger seat where they can then press space to escape.
