Explanation
Intermittent issue where the tech tree will hang forever and require a hard reboot of my system. Does not happen right when it opens, only sometimes when panning the view. Image uploaded to illustrate bug is just an image of the tech tree, as there is no warning, and no ability to take a screenshot.
