Steps to Reproduce

1. Jump climb onto a wall
2. Try to bump into a car parked there
3. Make sure to watch the video for it to make sense

Explanation

Parked AI traffic cars will bounce, and move if you jump on something next to it and hit it. I can't really explain it well so watch the clip provided.
