Steps to Reproduce

1. Take out your cuffs.
2. Cuff somebody.
3. Once you cuff them and the cuffs respawn back in the pouch, they will noclip through the texture.

Explanation

After taking out your cuffs to arrest somebody, they will spawn back in your cuff pouch and clip threw the texture. Looks bad and unpolished
