Dialogue Tree Resets After Returning ID Before Summons Creation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate traffic stop
2. Go through dialogue tree until you get the ID
3. Pull the information up in DAS
4. Return the ID (I was also checking to make sure the driver is male)
5. Write summons, print it
6. Dialogue tree is now reset to the beginning, necessitating you to request and give back the ID again before giving the Summons.

Explanation

If you, for whatever reason, hand over the ID card before you create the summons, print it etc. and bring it, the dialogue tree resets to the beginning of the traffic stop.
