Steps to Reproduce

1. Get killed intentionally by a suspect or just respawn
2. Return to scene where you died and look for duty belt

Explanation

After respawning I return to the scene where I died and my duty belt along with anything else that I was holding in my hand at the time is on the ground. Does not impact performance.
