Explanation

AI traffic runs into parked vehicles and also cant seem to navigate obstacles in the road like other vehicles. This causing significant traffic jams and gridlock. They also have issues trying to figure out how to navigate certain areas on the map like the rotary on Dirks St. They constantly run into each other and cars end up flipping over and making the traffic jam worse.
