Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt a traffic stop
2. Monitor where the AI is going to park

Explanation

When pulling over vehicles often times they collide with other parked cars and appear to get stuck in the process. They also pick the most inconvenient areas to pull over. This ends up causing traffic jams and other related issues. This is quite common and happens on 95% fo stops I attempt.
