Steps to Reproduce

1. Walk up to a driver and hit the F key to interact
2. If they dont move their car, the bug is in effect

Explanation

When asking AI drivers to move they sit in the same spot but acknowledge that you spoke with them. They end up getting glitched in traffic so getting them to move out of the way is difficult. Implementing a feature to have them drive away safely could fix some of these issues because they want a specific area to move their vehicle to.
