Explanation

Paramedics stretcher was floating about 10 feet above his head. There are plenty of other glitches for them I have taken note of like not responding when requested on the radio, driving around the area requested multiple times, or just running into everything causing cars to flip and such. They also have a hard time navigating traffic to get to calls that is the biggest issue I have seen with them. The Police AI are also plagued with the same sort of problems.
