Explanation

AI traffic stops in the middle of the road for no reason without a stop sign or traffic light ahead. Usually only affects one lane of travel but sometimes both. I noticed this extensively on Main St, but other areas are affected as well. Almost appears like they are confused and are thinking they have one. I have seen AI cause traffic jams because of this issue.
