Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive around and look at the vehicles headlights/tailights

Explanation

Directionals and hazards for AI vehicles seem to be on for no reason or signaling the wrong direction they plan on turning. This occurs in pretty much every area of the map. Does not seem to affect gameplay.
