Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive or walk on curbs. Also try driving on garbage bags your car will get stuck.

Explanation

Vehicle gets stuck on curbs and garbage bags. Avatar also seems to experience the same issues with curbs. This is a consistent issue through most of the map. An example of one would be the curb leaving or entering the police station parking lot. Getting stuck on garbage bags there is a solution but rather annoying you have to repeatedly ram another nearby car into your patrol vehicle to get unstuck.
