License Plates Appear White with Placeholder 'Unreal'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive around near any vehicles
2. Zoom in with right click to get a closer look

Explanation

When driving or walking from from a distance license plates will appear to be white and at the top of the plate if you look closely it says "Unreal" so I assume this is a placeholder within the UE5 engine. Once you get closer to a vehicle it returns to the NY yellow plates. This can make it difficult to run plates cause it can glitch out. This happens with every vehicle from what I have noticed.
