Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to get into a pursuit or just drive around

Explanation

Vehicles noclip through other cars whether parked or actively moving. They will sometimes just keep on driving like nothing happened or hit into a building where they end up getting stuck. This is also quite common during pursuits or traffic stop assistance callouts.
