Explanation

so i was doing a traffic stop and i got this suspect under arrest who dropped his pistol after surrendering, naturally i picked up the weapon and tried to take the evidence bag till i realized i can't get rid of the pistol as well the evidence bag as i tried to press B constantly it's just stuck there, can't do anything
