Caution Tape Cannot Be Removed After Placement

Steps to Reproduce

1. grab caution tape.
2. place it on any thing or yourself.
3. and cant find how to remove it
4. also when doing so going away from your car the trunk bugs out and you cant put the tape back.

Explanation

When putting down caution tape i cant remove it and it gets stuck to me to where i have a limited moving area. it also acts as a hard thing to where you cant walk through it or drive and i have no way to remove the tape at all ive tried muti diff ways.
