Steps to Reproduce

1. The character needs to be able to move or walk off after giving the tickets

Explanation

Every noise call I go to is in to different buildings and the bug is in the 2 different buildings but same bug when I go to give the owner his ticket and come to leave I find my character is stuck and will not move.
