Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a noise/disturbance call
2. Try knocking on the door multiple times and check if the AI answer the door

Explanation

When going to residents apartments on noise/disturbance callouts, occasionally the AI will not answer the door after knocking multiple times and resort to kicking it in to speak with them. Happens frequently at all locations, but especially at W 151st St.
