Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive to the location
2. Wait for the light to change colour
3. It does not change

Explanation

The closest light in relation to the player (see screenshot) does not turn green. It remains red permanently. The light behind it functions as expected. This can lead to traffic congestion. Near map marker 887, Main Street/lookout ave/w 154th St.
