Steps to Reproduce

1. Shooting a suspect during a callout. This is when this occurred so might be a bug with shootout calls.

Explanation

Issue aiming weapon and reholstering. White selection cursor is also present. It does not let you do anything else when this happens, almost breaks the game. This problem seems rare cause I could not recreate it.
