Steps to Reproduce

1. Walk up to a vehicle stuck/obstructing the road
2. Ask the NPC to move their vehicle via dialogue menu
3. Once they move and the UI for the dialogue is off screen, movement may be locked
4. See the character do a falling or drop animation as if it's been reset
