Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive around the map for a few minutes
2. Observe any anomalies or issues during the drive

Explanation

Traffic lights not working properly causing massive gridlock. 4 way intersections being backed up on all 4 sides, traffic not moving. (Note: After about 20 minutes of gameplay, that seems to be around the time when traffic lights aswell as traffic start to bug. After clearing traffic and spawning traffic back in, things go back to normal and start to work smoothly again
