Steps to Reproduce

1. Stop a vehicle
2. walk up to vehicle

Explanation

This specifically happens with traffic stop calls, and just regular routine traffic stops. From what I seen, game run time seems to be a contributing factor but not too sure on that theory. The pedestrian will randomly switch models. Example being: Lets say I stop a vehicle, when walking up to the vehicle, I notice its a male ped, then it'll randomly change, whether it be just appearance, or both appearance and gender. I've never had this happen with pedestrians outside of a vehicle
