Steps to Reproduce

1. Respond to a shots fired call
2. Arrive on scene and down a suspect or wait for the AI to down a suspect
3. Call ambulances for all suspects
4. Watch and wait

Explanation

When calling an ambulance, after the EMT grabs the stretcher and gets the patient on it, instead of taking the stretcher to the back of the ambulance, they instead go over to the driver side of the ambulance and get in, before getting out and going into an idle stance. This especially happens when calling multiple ambulances.
