Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on any call that requires an arrest with another officer attached to the call.
2. Secure the suspect and put them in your car.
3. Notice a patrol car follow you.
4. Observe that this has also been seen with ambulances (ambos).

Explanation

Another big bug is when arresting a suspect and placing them in your car or another unit the AI will follow you if your on a call or if they are in the area they will just follow behind in a ghost car
