Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a callout or be in a pursuit with another unit.
2. The car will stop.
3. When trying to give commands, the Ai will not be interactive.
4. You are able to walk through the car.

Explanation

Pursuit bug

Had a pursuit were the driver stoped and turned into a object and wouldn’t get out of the car and you could go trough the car itself

Pursuit originated from a callout officer needed help with a traffic stop
