Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon Ramok Gatekeeper
2. Deal enough damage to make him invulnerable
3. He will scream to summon the pillar
4. He may instantly perform charge attack

Explanation

Ramok Gatekeeper can instantly charge upon hitting damage threshold with no windup
