Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Handbook
2. Click Upgrades
3. Scroll mouse wheel while hovering mouse over robot on left hand side
4. Hover mouse on right side, over upgrades

Explanation

I'd like if the handbook was scrollable with the mouse in any location, not just when hovering over the right half of the screen
