Steps to Reproduce

  1. Plug in a controller
  2. Hold right stick so the camera turns in that direction
  3. Unplug the controller
  4. Click into picaxe customization/mission select

Explanation

If you plug in a controller and have stickdrift or unplug it while turning the camera the camera for pickax customization and mission select continues to spin.
