Steps to Reproduce

1. have the breach cutter with the 'return to sender' modifier
2. shoot while standing or walking on the ground

Explanation

one of the breach cutter upgrades makes the weapon unusable. return to sender makes it that if the beam fired gets near a surfice itll go backwoards, a problem that i noticed tho is that itll detect the ground bellow the player as a "near surface" so if you shoot it will instantly reverse and fly backwoards making it almost imposible to use it
