Regression of:	#4628 Text Chat Does Not Close with 'Esc' Key This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open chat via Enter
2. Press Escape
3. Menu opens, press Escape again
4. Chat still open
5. Sadness

Explanation

Pressing Escape while chat is open will not close chat but open menu.
