Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spotter darts disappear or don't trigger when hitting dwarves or REPD.
  2. Allow darts to at least trigger in the place where they accidentally hit an ally instead.

Explanation

Spotter Darts fail to trigger when impacting other dwarves or REPD
