Steps to Reproduce

1. I was at towards next upgrade.
2. Deposited all Expenite.
3. Only have towards the next upgrade.

Explanation

Depositing Expenite into the REPD with Miners' Gear IV seems to make some of the deposited Expenite vanish. I was at 3/180 towards next upgrade, deposited all 75 and only have 65/180 towards the next upgrade.
