Artifact bonus not applying elemental damage to drills

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick drills (or charger in case second part)
2. Roll artifact as danger vector
3. Test drills by overheating
4. They won't show elemental effect on them (no glowing on drills) nor effect on enemies

Explanation

artifact's bonus Elementalist doesnt provide bonus elemental damage to drills, even though it is supposed to according to description (drills can overheat). It also doesnt provide bonus to Charger weapon, but that could be intended, unlike drills.
